The brunch begins with a glass of our strawberry & orange juice fruit punch, a basket of fresh baked cinnamon-raisin whole wheat muffins and a fresh fruit cup. The choose from one of the following entrees:
  • BBQ Medley
    Honey-hickory ribs, wings, potatoes, and scrambled eggs
  • Smoked Salmon & Eggs
    Pieces of smoked salmon scrambled with eggs, pepper, and dill
  • Jumbo French Toast
    Thick challah slices cooked 'til crisp... served with grilled Canadian bacon
  • Fresh Seafood Lasagna
    Layers of salmon, cod, and baby shrimp with lasagna pasta, a tomato-basil sauce and melted parmesan cheese
  • Shrimp & Crab Enchiladas
    Shrimp and crab and salsa rolled into warm corn tortillas and melted Chihuahua cheese... with scrambled eggs and hash browns
  • Roased Honey-Lemon Chicken
    Half chicken roasted with honey & lemon, side of eggs and hash browns

    Tossed with pineapple & raisins, stuffed into a fresh pineapple boat

    Eggs scrambled with fresh vegetables, Chihuahua cheese and chorizo sausage

    Marinated in our honey-hickory sauce, with warm tortillas, eggs & hash browns
